Talent Catcher: Nesea Strengthens Its Human Capital

Thanks to the project funding “Growing talents”, nesea has obtained incentives to support new hires made during 2025. The initiative is promoted by the Lazio Region as part of the Public Notice “Talent Catcher”.

Joining this program has allowed us to nesea To strengthen its human capital through the addition of new, highly qualified skills, consistent with a growth strategy that places people at the center and enhances the role of work as a lever for sustainable development. At the same time, the project has fostered concrete opportunities for young people and professionals seeking new prospects to enter or re-enter the workforce.


The initiative is part of the broader commitment of nesea in promoting inclusive organizational models, oriented towards quality of work, skills development and corporate social responsibility.


The “Growing Talents” project was presented in the public notice “Talent Catcher” – Incentives for businesses to promote employment processes for the job placement of highly qualified young people and adults and the “return of talent” in Lazio – Priority 1 “Employment”, Specific Objective, a) ESO 4.1. PR ESF+ 2021-2027 – Management Decision no. G10057 of 31/07/2025, which provided for various lines of financing, all aimed at improving access to employment and strengthening activation measures aimed at job seekers – in particular young people, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market – as well as inactive people.

Wellbeing and inclusion in the IT sector: a new funded project is underway.

Thanks to a loan obtained from the Lazio RegionIn the coming weeks, nesea will launch a new project dedicated to well-being, health, and inclusivity within the company, with the aim of improving the quality of working life and promoting more conscious and sustainable organizational models.

The project is divided into two complementary actions: 

There first phase"Wellbeing in the IT Sector: Impacts and Solutions", aims to analyze the starting context to identify the areas in need of intervention and move towards an "ideal" company model, in which well-being, organization and productivity are aligned. 

        There second phase“Wellbeing in the IT Sector: Providing Skills for Inclusion”, provides a cross-disciplinary training path that addresses various thematic areas related to the main dimensions of working life, such as activity planning, management of work rhythms and schedules, organizational culture, and relational dynamics. 

        The aim of the entire course is to introduce greater awareness in workers regarding their professional experience and, at the same time, to build consolidated best practices, capable of generating lasting value for people and the organization.

        The project was presented in the Public Notice: “Implementation of consultancy, training and information interventions in companies on health and safety in the workplace – 2024” – DD G10633 of 05/08/2024 and financed with DD G15648 of 21/11/2025 under the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) Programme 2021-2027 Policy Objective 4 “A more social Europe” Regulation (EU) no. 2021/1060 Regulation (EU) no. 2021/1057 - Priority “Employment” Specific objective d) promote the adaptation of workers, companies and entrepreneurs to change, active and healthy aging, as well as a healthy and appropriate working environment that takes into account health risks. ESO 4.4. (AP04).
