Senior DevOps

We are looking for Senior DevOps professionals with good knowledge of the following technologies:

  • Operating Systems: Excellent knowledge of GNU/Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu) and the shell.
  • Scripting: Excellent scripting skills in a Unix environment (Bash, Sh, Python or similar).
  • Container & Versioning: Solid experience with Docker and proficiency with Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket – branch management and pull requests).
  • CI/CD: Knowledge of at least one of the following systems: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Azure DevOps.
  • Networking: Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalling).
  • IT Culture: Good understanding of Microservices, automation, and Open Source technologies.
  • Orchestration: Experience with Kubernetes (cluster management, Helm, operators).
  • Cloud & IaC: In-depth knowledge of a cloud provider and use of IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Observability: Setup and management of monitoring/logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, ).
  • Security: Key and secret management, IAM policies, pipeline security, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Architectures: Good knowledge of distributed architectures and high-availability systems.
  • Experience designing complex cloud architectures and large-scale automation.
  • Ability to define DevOps processes, advanced pipelines, and technical guidelines.
  • Knowledge of MLOps or GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD).
  • Mentorship and technical support activities for teams.
