Participation in the fair represents an opportunity to show how IoT, artificial intelligence and automation can improve crop management and make farms more efficient and sustainable.

Smart Grape: Agritech platform for intelligent vineyard monitoring

The table grape and viticulture sector is increasingly affected by complex factors such as climate change, rising resource costs, and the need to improve production sustainability.

In this context, the technologies of Agriculture 4.0 they are becoming a strategic tool to support agricultural companies in the management of vineyards.

Smart Grape It is a digital platform that integrates:

  • IoT sensors for environmental monitoring
  • artificial intelligence algorithms
  • agricultural automation systems

Thanks to these tools, farmers can collect data in real time and transform it into more precise and timely operational decisions.

IoT and AI technologies for precision agriculture in vineyards

Smart Grape uses a network of IoT sensors installed in the vineyard to detect fundamental parameters such as soil humidity, climatic conditions and the vegetative state of plants.

The information collected is processed by models of artificial intelligence and machine learning, which allow you to optimize irrigation and fertilization, prevent crop diseases and improve crop yield and quality.

The platform also integrates a interactive digital dashboard, accessible from desktop and mobile, which allows operators to monitor the status of the vineyard in real time, analyze agronomic and environmental data and plan targeted interventions on crops.

Thanks to centralized information management and a data-driven approach, Smart Grape allows agricultural companies to concretely adopt the principles ofprecision agriculture, reducing waste and improving the efficiency of resource use, with a direct impact on operational organization and costs.

SMART GRAPE is the innovative platform developed within the project TAble Grape Vineyard ExpeRt System 4.0 (TAG VERS4.0), co-financed by the EU through the PR Puglia ERDF ESF+ 2021-2027.

Nesea news Acchiappa Talenti

Joining this program has allowed us to nesea To strengthen its human capital through the addition of new, highly qualified skills, consistent with a growth strategy that places people at the center and enhances the role of work as a lever for sustainable development. At the same time, the project has fostered concrete opportunities for young people and professionals seeking new prospects to enter or re-enter the workforce.

The initiative is part of the broader commitment of nesea in promoting inclusive organizational models, oriented towards quality of work, skills development and corporate social responsibility.

The “Growing Talents” project was presented in the public notice “Talent Catcher” – Incentives for businesses to promote employment processes for the job placement of highly qualified young people and adults and the “return of talent” in Lazio – Priority 1 “Employment”, Specific Objective, a) ESO 4.1. PR ESF+ 2021-2027 – Management Decision no. G10057 of 31/07/2025, which provided for various lines of financing, all aimed at improving access to employment and strengthening activation measures aimed at job seekers – in particular young people, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market – as well as inactive people.

Benessere e inclusione nel settore IT

Wellbeing and inclusion in the IT sector: a new funded project is underway.

Thanks to a loan obtained from the Lazio RegionIn the coming weeks, nesea will launch a new project dedicated to well-being, health, and inclusivity within the company, with the aim of improving the quality of working life and promoting more conscious and sustainable organizational models.

Benessere e inclusione nel settore IT

The project is divided into two complementary actions:

There first phase"Wellbeing in the IT Sector: Impacts and Solutions", aims to analyze the starting context to identify the areas in need of intervention and move towards an "ideal" company model, in which well-being, organization and productivity are aligned.

There second phase“Wellbeing in the IT Sector: Providing Skills for Inclusion”, provides a cross-disciplinary training path that addresses various thematic areas related to the main dimensions of working life, such as activity planning, management of work rhythms and schedules, organizational culture, and relational dynamics.

The aim of the entire course is to introduce greater awareness in workers regarding their professional experience and, at the same time, to build consolidated best practices, capable of generating lasting value for people and the organization.

The project was presented in the Public Notice: “Implementation of consultancy, training and information interventions in companies on health and safety in the workplace – 2024” – DD G10633 of 05/08/2024 and financed with DD G15648 of 21/11/2025 under the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) Programme 2021-2027 Policy Objective 4 “A more social Europe” Regulation (EU) no. 2021/1060 Regulation (EU) no. 2021/1057 - Priority “Employment” Specific objective d) promote the adaptation of workers, companies and entrepreneurs to change, active and healthy aging, as well as a healthy and appropriate working environment that takes into account health risks. N-Trends Nesea copertina

Construction trends: here comes “n-trends,” the new Nesea column to interpret change.

The construction sector is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by new European directives, digital innovation, and growing pressure toward sustainability. To support businesses and professionals through this transformation, nesea launches “n-trends”, a periodical column dedicated to the analysis of construction trends most relevant.

        N-Trends Nesea

n-trends It is designed as a tool for in-depth study and orientation: each edition is born from listening to the market, analyzing data, and interpreting the main dynamics that influence design, construction site management, and operating models.

In the first number Let's explore three strategic directions for the future of the sector:

        • The crucial role of integrated digital management on construction sites
        • Sustainability as a design lever and not just a regulatory one
        • The need to transform complexity into control and value

The Journal is based on authoritative sources and concludes with an in-depth analysis on Green House AI, the digital platform developed by nesea to enable intelligent, sustainable and interconnected management of construction projects.

Find out how the way of building and managing construction sites will change in 2025.
